In this regard their lie greater opportunities for NGOs to fill this gap as they are effective in handling rural population with better service.</description>

With the splendid growth of technology where electronic gadgets have become the most common and necessary possessions of human being tech services like e-mail, cloud computing, Google earth, IOS etc have made the digital marketing the most exciting one. All these technological growth have been rightly proved and defended by two very important laws presented by two luminaries like Robert Metcalfe(Metcalfe‟s law) and Gordon Moore (Moore‟s law). Here in this article an attempt is being made to explain the disruptive growth of digital marketing which is substantiated by two critically acclaimed laws mentioned above.</description>

Abstract: Learning and teaching methods have changed to an innovative mode due to the support of technology.&#xD;
Technology can connect experts and aspirants of different educational institutes. Among many uses&#xD;
managing the documents with less use of papers can create an eco-friendly environment is one of the&#xD;
use in the organization. Though these are all the useful aspects of technology, this study tries to find&#xD;
out whether application of technology is accepted by students and faculty members for the benefit of&#xD;
the students. The independent variables considered in this study include data management, account&#xD;
management, security, time management, attendance management, and social media. Performance&#xD;
and quality improvement are dependent variables. A sample is collected from students and faculty&#xD;
members from four established post graduate colleges in Bangalore. Questionnaire is administered&#xD;
and 142 samples were received. The data was analyzed. It was found that performance of the students&#xD;
cannot be improved by monitoring the attendance by the usage of technology. But it was clear from the&#xD;
study that performance increased due to social media and by managing time using technology. From&#xD;
the study it was understood that security was not part of quality improvement but management of all&#xD;
types of data focus towards the improvement of quality in educational institutions.</description>

Abstract: This study makes an attempt to explore the demographically diversified different stakeholder’s&#xD;
opinion on application of change management practices to implement privatization policy.&#xD;
Demographics such as gender, age, education, work experience, profession and geographical&#xD;
region are considered for this study. The survey adopted standard questionnaire developed&#xD;
and published by the Authors and identified as ‘VG-VP Change management practices&#xD;
response measurement scale’. The standard questionnaire contains 8 change management&#xD;
dimensions with 45 items. Out of 45 items, 26 items are cause factors and remaining are&#xD;
effect factors. The study considered PSU employees has primary stakeholders and general&#xD;
public and students are secondary stakeholders. Data was collected from 696 samples for&#xD;
examining the response to policy changes. The primary objective is to evaluate samples response&#xD;
to change management factors while implementing change. Primary stakeholder sample&#xD;
selected from 3 different public sector enterprises in and around Bangalore city in Karnataka.&#xD;
Secondary stakeholder sample selected from different geographical regions of Karnataka.The&#xD;
results of the study revealed that education levels and experience of the different stakeholders&#xD;
have a significant effect on their opinion. Among the change management variables, the&#xD;
programme name component has a difference of opinion among different stakeholders. The&#xD;
study explains inferential statistics using Mann-Whitney-test and Kruskal-Wallis test.&#xD;
Normality test was conducted before choosing specific test.</description>
