Title: Algorithm to Identify Kannada Vowels using Minimum Features Extraction method
Authors: Prasanna Kumar, KS
Abstract: This paper introduces a novel way of feature extraction for Optical Character Recognition (OCR) customized for Kannada characters. The algorithm described here relies on breaking the character into four equal parts and using one of the quarters for extraction. The algorithm is deliberately kept away from all the complexities and the number of features to be extracted is also minimized so as to increase the efficiency and speed of recognition. The algorithm also describes a conflict resolution technique helpful in effectively utilizing the algorithm.

Policy Reasoner: An Appoarch for Security to RDF

Title: Policy Reasoner: An Appoarch for Security to RDF
Authors: Viswasanathan, C., Deepti, AR.
Abstract: This paper focuses on the security methods for Resource Description Framework (RDF). The open nature of the semantic web hinges on the seamless autonomous interoperable communications among unknown entities and formats. This envisioned semantic web is expected to raise new security concerns. This paper presents the survey of existing work on security methods at the basic level of RDF for semantic web integration. Through this survey we found that most of the security measures are specified using access control policies for triple referencing and inference protection. For the later, there is least research work initiated. Thus, in this paper, we propose a Policy-Reasoner for RDF, a combination of access specification as well, a reasoning engine, which address the security issues at large in RDF triples level.

Title: Implementation of Web Image Search Portal with Automated Concealed Annotation.
Authors: Sankar, K., Suresh Babu, G.N.K.
Abstract: We present an efficient Image portal to annotating and retrieving images from the web with the help of automated hidden Tagging method aid hashing technique through ACA Algorithm on openCV furthermore SHA1 Algorithm. The main objective of this work is to provide an efficient Web Image Search Portal. Which uses Tag based search in online process and Automated Hidden Tagging process in offline. Text Tag based image search is a fastest search process but most of the images uploaded by the user are not properly tagged, some time without tag they upload the image. These images are not retrieved in Text Tag Search process. Consequently we implement automated hidden tagging process to overcome this problem, which is going to invent into the proposed system.

Web Information Retrievals: An Excellent Image Portal with Automated Hidden Tag to Image

Title: Web Information Retrievals: An Excellent Image Portal with Automated Hidden Tag to Image
Authors: Sankar, K., Suresh Babu, G.N.K.
Abstract: The main goal of our research is to invent a new Web Image Search Portal with more innovation. We aim to
search and retrieve the matched images from the uploaded online images with the help of Auto hidden tag method using the RANSAC algorithm through Open Computer Vision. We implemented a new system using the object detection process in an image using the openCV technique. When a user posting their images, if they forget to comment on all the objects present in the image also our proposed system will detect all the object present in the image using object detection algorithm, then this object will be extracted from the image and recognized with large dataset by using RANSAC algorithm. This system will be very useful to the end user in required image retrieval process, even images which are not labeled or tagged by the upload user also
retrieved in this system. Auto hidden tagging process with visual feature extraction and the comparison is the main technique used in this system.
