Abstract: The aim of this project is to design a Craft Village in Mysuru that serves as a adaptive platform for the preservation , production and promotion of the citys traditional crafts such as rosewood inlay, mysore painting, sandalwood carving, Ganjifa art . The project seeks to create an environment where artisans can work and thrive, where the public can engage with local heritage, and where traditional knowledge can be passed on to future generations. By integrating workshops,, exhibition spaces, retail outlets, and cultural zones, the craft village will promote both livelihood development and cultural sustainabilities.
