This project envisions a Food Experience Center and Restaurant that brings people closer to the true essence of Nepal through food. It will be a place where visitors can learn about traditional cuisines, try their recipes, hear stories behind each dish, and enjoy authentic meals in spaces inspired by Nepali villages, courtyards, and kitchens. Designed using local materials and vernacular architecture, the center aims to create a warm, culturally rooted environment that not only celebrates Nepal’s rich culinary heritage but also supports local farmers, artisans, and chefs, ensuring that these traditions are preserved and carried forward meaningfully into the future.en_US
