The situations of fluid flow and heat transfer across an array of cylinders have been quite common in the fluid dynamics and, particularly, industrial applications. One such situation is the flow of water over heated cylinders arranged in tandem. The flow of water over heated cylinders faces a phenomenon of phase change from the liquid (water) to the vapour phase(steam). The mechanism of this phase change is studied through a numerical simulation in this project. The Eulerian model is used in the present simulation method to comprehend the multiphase physics. The effect of variation of inter-cylinder spacing on the phase change is quite evident during the post-processing of the results obtained from simulation.en_US
