Abstract: This survey was conducted with the help of descriptive sampling with convenient sampling. This technique is used for sample selection. Primary data was collected through questionnaires, and secondary data was collected from organizational records and websites. Fifty respondents of the company were given a pre-prepared questionnaire and collected based on it. Data were analyzed using the percentage method with hypothesis testing. From creating a questionnaire to analyzing, discovering and proposing, we have the greatest interest. The analysis leads to the conclusion that most of the employees are satisfied. Dissatisfaction with some factors has also been reported. Dissatisfaction was also found to affect employee performance. Important suggestions and recommendations are also assigned to the company for better forecasting.
