This study is based on the topic called “A study on effectiveness of recruitment and selection process at Oakwood Premier Prestige”; this study is conducted in a 5-star hotel, serviced apartments, in Bangalore. The survey was carried on for a length of six weeks. This study is done by me to find out the satisfaction level of the employees in the organization. The recruitment and selection process is considered as a simple activity, but it is not because the first step to start this process is done through the determination that the positions need to be filled. Then sourcing new employees and finding right candidates for the positions available, with much ability and skills to achieve goal. The project starts with an introduction to the company and then on the topic what it is all about with various factors involved in it. This project really provided me with an opportunity to correlate my theoretical learning into practical business situations. Finally, this project will enable one to interpret the level of recruitment and selection process the organization follows.en_US
