Abstract

The main objective of the project is to acquire the practical knowledge about the real corporate world. Students are required to develop their ability to cop up with the personal difficulties within in an organization while working there as an employee. The ability of the students to overcome those problem can be considered as a tool to analyze the real potential of the student. Cost analysis is an important one for any company because the cost will determine the performance of the company. Higher cost means lower profit and efficiency. And lower cost means higher profit and efficiency. Increasing and uncontrollable cost is the biggest head ache for most of the managers. So here is the important of cost analysis and cost control techniques. The right approach to the cost will allow the management to control the cost. It is a situation where students learn about how to apply their theories in practical and help them to gain the insight knowledge and experience. During the internship students expand their knowledge and understand how to work in different organizational structure with different kinds of relationship.
