Abstract: This study helps to understand the customer on the basis of the customer’s satisfaction. This study is focusing only on the factor which helps to determine the expectations of the customers. This study provide the company information in many ways so that the company can solve the problems and can provide a better satisfaction level to the customers so, they can become loyal customers and get attracted by the store Baazar Kolkata. Random sampling method was used by the examiner. The examiner has taken responses from 100 respondents at randomly to know their opinions, satisfaction level, expectation, problem they are facing in the store. Structured questionnaires were used and secondary data was collected from the different websites. Baazar Kolkata in Kolkata, Hati Bagan store is a retail store. The store has always tried to maintain its high standard when it comes to giving service to the customers. The main aim of this study is to attract customers towards the store by satisfying them with the service to understand the customers with the customer’s expectations.
