| Abstract: | To design a detention center which will be more of a home than a prison. Better health facilities and care. Teaching facilities for basic education encourage them to live better life. Society is as good as the citizens, better the citizens, better society. A place where they will be carved, nurtured and their basic rights are preserved. There will be a disciplined environment but there will be a freedom to, for them to explore themselves. |
