dc.description.abstractAs MBA students it is a part of study for everyone to undergo 6 weeks of Project work at any organization.The project work was carried at Chaitanya India Fin Credit Pvt Ltd on Effect of compensation on employee performance to find the rate of satisfaction of employees on the pay they receive. Usually the compensation and benefits will be given based on employee performance.The aim of the study is to know the effect of compensation and benefits on Employee Performance.This study uses the survey method of sample size of 50 employees of Chaitanya India Fin Credit Pvt ltd. The data collected were analysed and interpreted using excel and Graphical analysis was carried out.en_US
