Abstract

Main reason to choose this topic is the resort acts as a place of recreation and a break to most of the people living in busy urban schedule. Resort design according to me is a design where priorities like location, area, distance from city, context matters the most and close attention to be paid because, from management’s perspective, resort is a business where they offer place to reside and entertainment for a short duration. So, these factors play a major role which is directly proportional to the business, as in suppose a resort is located amidst a crowded area or too away from city, people wouldn’t prefer it. Project which is of a resort scale must be up to a certain area so that it not just accommodates people but also create a place of relaxation.
