dc.description.abstractAIM: Fashion Hub/ Fashion Tech Park helps in preservation of ethnicity of Karnataka silks and raw materials, and native silks in cities of Karnataka, which uplifts the economic growth. OBJECTIVE: • Providing job opportunity to the weavers in the textile industry in the present area to avoid migrating to the other cities. • To provide a high-end hub for Indian fashion and to integrate its various aspects. • Incorporating of spaces that will help in upcoming fashion designers in and around Bangalore and establish themselves in the fashion industry. • Helps in development of Indian fashion business and growth in marketing. SCOPE: • Karnataka started emerging as a major manufacturer of textiles and more number of consumers. Hence hub will play a pivotal role in the years and enhance the developments in the fashion industry. • A centre to have the growth in textile and fashion industry. LIMITATIONS: • Weaving industry and textile industry failed to provide architectural development. Fashion and industry merging together as a fashion hub indentify the profession. • This would create a space and a building which would keep the fashion and industry in a glamour’s way with heritage touch including fabrics of native materials of Karnataka and India to show the richness. NEED OF FASHION HUB: • Fashion hub acts a meeting point for the major activities related to fashion industry. • Helps in growth of economy in textiles industry. • India has rich and varied textiles; each region has it native costume, fabrics and unique attire hence, providing growth to the Indian raw materials and Indian fashion.en_US
