dc.description.abstractAIM- Transforming an existing non-functional site to a functional site OBJECTIVES- Redevelopment of the site will include variety of activities such as, relocation of residents, construction of functional structures, demolishing of inhabitable structure as well as the introduction of new features that facilitate the area's social and economic development. This will result in an increase in residential and commercial inventories. Consequently, people will be more inclined to settle in the renewed areas and help it grow socially and economically. Since the site is worn out, better structures and security systems will be in corporated to help reduce crime in society.en_US
