| Abstract: | This thesis is proposing a healthcare and wellness center for the elderly as a distinct kind of senior dwelling in which the environmental situations could be capable of enhancing the resident’s excellent lifestyles with the aid of using bringing them collectively with quite a few activities and sports demonstrating how it'll be useful on their intellectual and bodily state. - To design a mixed-use: residential cum healthcare cum social project, where the residential services would be provided by a developer in collaboration with a healthcare service provider of geriatric and palliative care, wherein people can rent residential units for the patient or the patient and his/her family. |
