Abstract: Aim The project's goal is to create a small police training school and incorporate new technology into the facility. To have a proper architecture that is appropriate for the setting, to understand the current status of police training, and to enhance it while maintaining the surrounding vernacular. In addition, new methodologies will be introduced to aid with training, as well as new ways to develop the training system will be tested. And to bring the training system up to speed with today's criminal behaviour. Objectives • To develop a new and acceptable setting in which to train the introductory, refresher, and advanced police courses in order to meet the growing number of volunteers. • To establish a vital centre where new ideas and current approaches may be tried out, tested, and implemented while providing systematic and progressive physical and mental training. • To raise awareness of the academy's illustrious heritage, as well as the services it provided to the police department and, ultimately, the nation as a whole. • To find effective answers to the difficulties that the existing academy is now facing and to include them into the suggested design, as well as inferences drawn from the investigations. • To provide basic training to incoming constable recruits. • To provide refresher and capsule training to in-service police officers in order to keep their professional knowledge and abilities up to date. • To establish a state-wide pool of police trainers. • The academy tries to instil high-quality professional skills, ethics, and values. It also seeks to instil in the trainees a sense of service. • The school is anticipated to provide a complete training institution for police officers of all ranks, both in basic and in-service training.
