Abstract: The primary aim of this architectural thesis is to design a 5-star resort in South Goa, India, that will provide a boost to the state's economy by promoting sustainable tourism and creating job opportunities for the local community. The resort will offer a luxurious and which will attract more tourists to the region and, in turn, increase the demand for goods and services, generating employment opportunities for the local population. Furthermore, the resort's sustainable practices and promotion of local culture and heritage will contribute to the larger goal of responsible tourism in India. By incorporating renewable energy sources and efficient waste management systems, the resort will reduce its environmental impact while also contributing to the larger national effort towards sustainable tourism, the resort will enhance the tourism experience for visitors, ultimately attracting more visitors to the region and contributing to the growth of the tourism industry in Goa. In conclusion, the aim of this architectural thesis is to design a 5-star resort in South Goa that not only provides a luxurious ambience for guests but also creates job opportunities for the local community, boosts the state's economy, and contributes to the larger goal of responsible and sustainable tourism in India.
