The agenda for urban transport includes public transport at the heart of it. Without a strengthened public transport system, it is not possible to make a city function properly and sustainably. Infrastructure plays a key role in the implementation of an effective, reliable and secure transit system. The attractiveness of the transit infrastructure, which makes it a viable alternative for private motor vehicles, is ensured when they are designed to enhance passengers' experience. It is of paramount importance to cities' inhabitants that their common interests are taken into account in all planning. The redevelopment plan incorporates smart technologies for real-time tracking of buses, optimized traffic flow within the terminal, and eco-friendly features such as solar panels and rainwater harvesting. Collaborations with local businesses and community input are integral to fostering a vibrant and inclusive urban environment around the redeveloped bus terminal. The project envisions a transit hub that not only meets functional needs but also contributes positively to the overall urban landscape. The design includes provisions for accessibility, ensuring that the redeveloped bus terminal is inclusive and user-friendly for people with diverse mobility needs. A focus on mixed-use spaces within the terminal aims to create a dynamic environment, featuring retail spaces, dining options, and cultural amenities.en_US
