Abstract: In the contemporary landscape of coffee consumption, the traditional cafe setting is evolving into a more immersive and experiential space known as the "Coffee Experience Centre" (CEC). This study delves into the concept of Coffee Experience Centers, examining the multifaceted dimensions that contribute to an enriched coffee culture. The research explores the historical evolution of coffee culture, tracing its roots from conventional coffeehouses to the emergence of modern-day specialty coffee. It investigates how Coffee Experience Centers serve as dynamic platforms for fostering a deeper connection between coffee enthusiasts and the art of coffee-making. The study employs a qualitative approach, combining interviews with industry experts, observations of existing Coffee Experience Centers, and an analysis of consumer perceptions. Key components of the Coffee Experience Center, such as sensory engagement, education, and community-building, are dissected to understand their individual and collective impacts on shaping a holistic coffee experience. Furthermore, the research evaluates the economic viability and sustainability of Coffee Experience Centers, considering their potential contributions to the local coffee supply chain, artisanal roasters, and the broader coffee industry. Additionally, the study explores the role of technology in enhancing the interactive and educational aspects of the Coffee Experience Center, making it a dynamic hub for innovation. Findings from this research aim to inform coffee industry stakeholders, entrepreneurs, and enthusiasts about the potential benefits and challenges associated with establishing and maintaining Coffee Experience Centers. Ultimately, the study contributes to the ongoing discourse on how these centers can serve as catalysts for elevating the global coffee culture, creating a space where consumers can not only savor a cup of coffee but also embark on a journey of discovery, education, and community building.
