Abstract: To design a sustainable community housing model integrated with the redevelopment of the local artisan market in Santiniketan, fostering economic empowerment, cultural preservation and social cohesion within the community. Develop innovative design proposals for community housing units that prioritize affordability, sustainability, cultural sensitivity, and user comfort, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and adhering to local building regulations.  Design a vibrant market space that accommodates artisan stalls, workshops, galleries, retail outlets, and communal areas, fostering interaction, cultural exchange, and economic empowerment within the community.  To develop multiple transitional spaces within the community housing model and the market redevelopment.
